I am a REP's qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma. Having had a previous career in the armed forces, I developed a passion for fitness. My experience in the Royal Air Force allowed me to develop an approach to personal training, which uses my drive to help others achieve success and fulfil their personal goals. I use a variety of training approaches such as interval, muscular endurance, cardio and core body work to enable you to improve fitness, posture, flexibility, endurance and body shape. I can train with you at home, outdoors, in the gym, bringing variety and diversity to your training programme. I have learnt self-discipline, motivation and unity which are all personal traits which will be used to help you achieve your fitness, health and lifestyle goals.
