All employers know how important it is to ensure your employees are living a healthy and happy life. A lot of money is spent on rehabilitation, physiotherapy, occupational health, private health care after an incident has occurred. Then why not lower this risk by ensuring your employees already live a healthy and happy lifestyle. It is proven that exercise and a good diet substantially lowers the risk of diseases, improves mood/stress levels, improves productivity and much more which are all important factors that can affect an employee in the workplace. As a personal trainer I am offering several wellbeing services from education to personal training classes.
I will instruct your employees on the importance and benefits of exercise and healthy diets in private or group classes. I will act as a mentor and a contact for all your employees should they have any questions on their exercise regime. I will demonstrate a number of exercises the employee could do at home, at the office or in the gym. If required I can provide employees with exercise and diet programs to help kick start their new healthy lifestyle.
I will attend your place of work for full or half days with all the required equipment to take group classes or personal training sessions for your employees before, during or after the working day. There is a large misconception that after exercise you are 'too tired' to perform a good days work. This could not be more wrong, your employees productivity, mood and energy levels will be much improved. I can offer a referral scheme to help manage your employees lifestyle and rehabilitation back into exercise.
